Convene into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to WI Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) to conduct business which requires a closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Closed session is in regards to Clerk/Treasurer position.
10. Reconvene into OPEN SESSION.
