You already do. Per Ordinance 2-2-2-4(G), all residential customers receive a 10% discount during the 2nd and 3rd quarter to allow for water used for irrigation purposes and not discharged into the sanitary sewer system. It is built right into the billing software program so you do not see the discount on the actual bill.
